Managing problems such as an acute abdomen with a variety of conditions such as appendicectomy, repair of a perforated duodenal ulcer to name but a few. Trauma to the abdomen is dealt with as necessary.
Where possible procedures are performed through “key hole” surgery, that is laparoscopic surgery.
HERNIA SURGERY
Treating hernias whether inguinal hernia, umbilical hernia or abdominal wall hernias all have specific repairs and are performed through open or laparoscopic procedures. There are a myriad of techniques and options.
MINOR SURGERY
Removing “lumps and bumps” and other skin lesions can be performed in the practice or the hospital day theatre.
